Two programmes. Two different moments in a student’s life.

Each one is complete on its own. Each one belongs to a different moment.

Vantage and Launchpad are not the same programme at different speeds. They are different work for different moments. Vantage builds judgement across the school year, while there is still a school week to use as practice. Launchpad calibrates to the days before university — when the practice ground has closed and the rooms are about to open.

For the years when school is still the practice ground

Vantage

Grades 11–12

Eight live simulation sessions across eight weeks. Each week brings one situation. The week between is the practice ground. Across eight weeks, the student begins to carry themselves differently — not because they have memorised something, but because they have lived through enough of these situations that the response stops being effortful.

Eight sessions. Eight weeks. The rest of the student’s week running between them — group projects, disagreements, friendships, the moments that catch them off guard. Each session sends them out with something to try. Each one begins with what happened when they did.

For the days when school has ended

Launchpad

Post-12th, pre-university

Ten live three-hour sessions across two weeks. University is weeks away. The first orientation week. The first shared flat. The first real disagreement with people they didn’t choose. These are not abstract future rooms. They are next on the calendar. Launchpad is calibrated to that proximity.

Ten three-hour sessions. Two weeks. No school week to use between them — there is no time to spread the work out. The intensity is what the moment requires.
